Forms of payment

by bank transfer
via credit card + Agreement of payment

The Agreement of payment is to guarantee that in case you cancel your reservation less than 5 days before the planned arrival date you will pay cancellation fee via credit card.

You can book accommodation using one of the following methods.

If you book by fax or e-mail the following information should be specified

Full name and surname
Citizenship
Arrival and departure date
Hotel name
Type of rooms
Number of adults, children
Form of payment
Additional services: Airline tickets, excursions etc.

In case you do not arrive or cancel the reservation less that 5 days before arrival date you will be obliged to pay the cost of the room as a cancellation fee.
