   The Palace is well-located next to the old town of Tallinn, on the main town square, with excellent bus and tram connections. All major sights are within walking distance and the port is approx 20-30 mins by foot.
   It is a strange mixture of old and new style architecture, not really belonging to either. It is a large, symmetrical brown stone building with high, narrow windows.
