   The hotel is located by the seaside and is a short walk from Tallinns most popular beach. Set well back from the main road in the 'Pirita' district, the hotel is a 5 minutes drive to the centre or to the port. Tallinn international airport is a 10 min drive.
   A large odd shaped unattractive building shaped beige and green in colour. A large car park dominates the front of the building which is actually home to many shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. The hotel entrance can be found on the 1st floor of this building above the level of the shops.
   Bowling/tennis/fitness facilities available in this non Central olympic style hotel. The property was in fact built as a base for Olympic competitors in the sailing competition in the 1980 Olympics. There is also a lively nightclub.
