The Baltic Imperial is a relatively small, but very cozy and safe hotel in Old Town of Tallinn, not far from the city wall, which is a unique historical monument. Favorable location allows the hotel guests get to the medieval streets of the city with interesting architectural constructions, little churches, theatres and modern buildings, such as trade centers, fashionable restaurants and nightclubs within a short time. Close to the Imperial there are seaport and railway station, as well as public transport stops, so traveling within Tallinn and outside the city borders will not be a problem.
The building that houses the Baltic Imperial Hotel was put up in 1877, after architect Bernhardt had designed it. Since 1919 the building has been housing a hotel and a restaurant, also called Imperial. It was the place where solders of Finnish army, who knew what good food and real beer were like, enjoyed their time. For several years the hotel was renamed Balti, but this name did not get acclimatized. In 2003 the Imperial was repaired and renovated. Today this hospitable hotel welcomes the guests and offers them comfortable accommodation and great relaxation.
